Do I need cannabis industry experience to apply?
No. We welcome people who want to learn the industry from the ground up, as well as those with prior experience. However, prior experience in cannabis cultivation or trimming leads to a higher starting pay.
How is pay determined?
Pay is competitive and based on experience.
What type of position is this?
As this is a contractor position. Hours are flexible based on your schedule, our workload, and the harvest cycle. Contract roles can be seasonal or part-time, and may grow into full-time.
Will cannabis fail my drug test?
Cannabis use will not disqualify you from employment. However, a positive test for any illegal drug or the misuse of controlled substances will disqualify an applicant from employment.
