Do I need cannabis industry experience to apply?
No. We welcome people who want to learn the industry from the ground up, as well as those with prior experience. However, prior experience in cannabis cultivation or trimming leads to a higher starting pay.

Pay is competitive and based on experience.
What type of position is this?
This is a contractor position. Hours are scheduled around our workload, the harvest cycle, and your schedule. Roles can run seasonal or part-time, and often grow into full-time as the relationship develops.
What are the requirements for applying?
Candidates must be at least 21 years old, pass a background check, and pass a drug test. Cannabis use will not disqualify you, but a positive test for any other illegal drug, or misuse of a controlled substance, will.
